The 10 Core Values

  1. Taalimiyah’s curriculum is comprehensive, deriving standards from Al Quran al Kareem, Shariat Mohammediyah and the lives and teachings of Awliya Kiram AS.
  2. Taalimiyah emphasises the remembrance of Imam Husain SA and his sacrifice for Islam, Iman, and humanity, manifesting grief, sorrow, and tears as the essence of all knowledge.
  3. Taalimiyah promotes academic excellence, meaningful practice, character refinement, and moral virtue development (العلم, العمل, الاخلاق, العقيدة). It is rooted in Islamic teachings and Fatemi culture for a well-rounded personality.
  4. Taalimiyah seamlessly integrates spiritual and material knowledge, fostering holistic development in the ‘whole child’.
  5. Taalimiyah aligns the four learning centres: home, masjid, school, and society for compelling education.
  6. Taalimiyah nurtures each child’s highest potential, envisioning self-aware, caring, responsible, lifelong learners.
  7. Taalimiyah transforms children through skill-building, instils noble character, and fosters community service (Khidmat).
  8. Taalimiyah cultivates business-mindedness and entrepreneurial competencies, empowering students to be influential value creators.
  9. Taalimiyah champions an inclusive, just, and equitable world through evidence-based social and emotional learning for all students.

Taalimiyah supports all faculty members and adults in exemplifying core values and creating safe, engaging environments for self-directed learning.
